What You Need to Apply
To be eligible for medical cannabis certification in Arkansas, you must have:
- Arkansas State ID (Valid AR Driver's License or State ID issued by the DMV)
- Physician Written Certification (We complete the official ADH form for you)
- $50 Application Fee (Paid online with debit or credit—no American Express)
- For Minors: If under 18, have parental or legal guardian consent

- ALS
- Tourette's Syndrome

- Peripheral neuropathy
- Intractable pain (6+ months, unresponsive to treatment)

- Seizures (including epilepsy)
- Other conditions approved by the Arkansas Department of Health

In-Person Assessment
Dr. Flippin will review your medical history, discuss symptoms, and perform a thorough evaluation.
Get Certified
If you qualify, we’ll provide the official certification needed to apply for your state-issued medical marijuana card.
Alternative Options
If you don’t meet the requirements, we’ll help explore other treatment options tailored to your needs.
Note: While we provide discounts to veterans, state law prohibits members of the U.S. military and the Arkansas National Guard from obtaining a medical marijuana card.
